Good quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this velvet quilt for a few weeks on our bed and I really love it! It is so soft to the touch on the outside velvet. The inside is a decently soft cotton. It is fairly light weight, but does the job to keep me warm. The color is more of a deep mustard yellow rather than gold in my opinion. It matches well with our gray bed frame. The thing I love most about this though is that it is BIG! It actually covers the whole bed and hangs over the side plenty to cover the whole mattress. One of my biggest pet peeves are comforters that are not wide enough for the bed, but this is the perfect amount of oversized to provide coverage but not look sloppy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my guest room which has honey colored mid-century furniture. I was a little worried about the color clashing but it picks up on the yellow undertones quite nicely. The color is accurate on my monitor, maybe a little more yellow in real life -- like the color of peak mountain larches. The pintuck is unusual, and I'm not sure how it will hold up -- it could get snagged on kitty paws. I had to steam it to get all of the creases out and now it lays quite nicely. Overall I'm happy with it. It is polyester so probably too warm for the summer but great for fall and winter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Birch Hill's Calabria by Levtex Home is really soft. I loved that it didn’t slide around while I slept due to the microfiber side. The velvet side is almost slippery. Easy yo maneuver on. It was also warm. Perfect for snuggling in bed or reading a book. So glad to have this quilt as a new addition to my bedroom.
