Poor craftsmanship

The opening of the sandal is HUGE on little feet, and sized about 1/2 to 1 full size too big. We tried tightening but the straps were so long that they wrapped around to the other side. Really odd. The material itself was very waxy and didn't look like it would be very comfortable on bare feet. The tread looked pretty solid though. Returning these.
