Pretty but not the quality i expected

The rug looks nice and like the picture, but isn’t as good of quality as other Safavieh rugs I have. One of the sides with the fringe was in the process of unraveling from both ends. I was able to make a knot around some of the fringe to keep it from getting worse. There was also tangled threads on the bottom in one corner. I also noticed a lot of loose threads when I first opened it. I thought I got all of them off, but once I vacuumed the rug I noticed a bunch in the vacuum. I was sure not to vacuum over the fringe parts and I’m not sure how well they would hold up if you accidentally did.
