Package never came

3rd party shipper, somehow messed my address (they entered my phone number as the zip code according to usps customer service), usps returned my package to shipper, target is unable to resend or redirect the package & has to request a refund on my behalf. It’s been such a nightmare trying to figure out what’s happened to my order & even though the photo of the outfit looks cute online, I don’t trust to try to reorder because it was the 3rd party seller that messed up my information.
