[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who is lactose intolerant, it’s hard finding nondairy products, such as cheese! This was the best! It is free from lactose, gluten, dairy, soy, nuts, and artificial preservatives! It is good for pretty much everyone with dietary restrictions and/or allergies.It was easy to melt, just like normal cheese. The ingredients are healthy. Plus this cheese smells just like normal mozzarella cheese. If you’re lactose intolerant I would definitely recommend this cheese!! I will definitely be buying these cheese again. Also, it was around the same price as normal cheese, which is surprising!😊😊🧀

Idk if that was because of the dish I placed it in or the cheese but it was as a so-so for me. The package is clean and easy to read and you can definitely get alot of use out of it for single meals.

As someone who will just go in the fridge, take out a bag of shredded mozzarella cheese and eat a handful, this definitely didn’t hit for me. The texture is off and it’s a lot more dense than real dairy cheese. When you go to eat it by itself it crumbles in your mouth. So not a normal cheese consistency if that’s what you’re looking for. If you are restricted to non dairy products, there is somewhat of a similarity to the taste. But the texture otherwise isn’t there for me.
