    Lactose intolerant cheese

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It wa perfect for lactose intolerant self. The texture is kinda rough and dry if you eat it straight out of the bag but it melted beautifully. You can tell it’s not real cheese out of the bag and I prefer it better melted where it also stretched like any other cheese. It did seem like it melted kinda clear. For the price it wasn’t bad and similar to other products. It lasts pretty well in the fridge. I would purchase again.

I love that’s it’s free from diary,lactulose,and artificial preservatives, so it’s feels like a healthier alternative without sacrificing flavor. The taste is mild and creamy very similar to traditional mozzarella.Smells like a good mozzarella too.Definitely a great option if you’re dairy free or just looking to switch things up!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The texture of the uncooked cheese was similar to an aged shredded parmesan, and the cheese melted very nicely when cooked to mirror a traditional dairy-based cheese. I do not typically use non-dairy alternatives, and to me the taste needed more salt. I personally opted to cut it with other cheeses to achieve a more favorable flavor.

    Decent Alternative for Dairy Allergy
