Not the same as they used to be
I have bought these every year for 5 years for my daughter's uniform. They used to be much more substantial and seemed to have had a higher cotton content. This year they are so thin that the white color is actually transparent. If you're looking for more of a nylon feel then you might like these. But if you're looking for the classic uniform socks that you could rely on Lands End for, these are not it. Why did you ruin a good thing, Lands End? Go back!

Runs small, no stretch, difficult to pull on.
Bought for 5yo granddaughter in the size she normally wears. These socks were very tight and have no stretch width-wise that she struggled to get her foot into them. She is a small and thin child.

Way too tight
I bought these for my tiny 78lb 85 yr old mother. They were too tight for her to get on. Would recommend to a friend who has a daughter that had long very skinny legs

Not good quality
Bought because I was buying school uniforms well my daughter came home first day of school with huge hole in back.. second day new pair same issue waste of money and these aren’t cheap.

Comfortable
When I first bought these I ordered Med and then when I ordered this time I went up a size and they seem to be more comfortable and easier to get on. They do not fall down her legs and they are good quality.

School uniform replacement socks
I purchase them annually and they replace our school uniform socks. Minimal sweat to feet which is a plus. Sock stays up all day with no rolling. Few through the years ripped at the cuff upon first wearing them but for the most part they are sturdy and last. I purchase multiples so I can refresh the socks with a new set half way through the school year. I hang to dry to prevent any fading. More on the narrow calf size.

Cute but TOO TIGHT
These socks are so crazy tight, they left red indentations on my daughter's legs. I even went up a size to give some extra room, but it didn't help. I'll have to return them. Don't waste your money.

So cute!
I bought both medium and large as granddaughter on the cusp. Large was definitely too large. She loves them so have re-ordered in medium.

Not happy
I bought this in December 2019 and just only received it! In the mean time we have been using Walmart’s version of these for a lot less & don’t have the need for them anymore. Overpriced knee high socks :(
