Terrible customer service and follow through

This review is regarding Target delivering damaged books, leaving books near sprinklers systems, or not under the porch where it’s damaged by rain?! What I don’t have is time to reorder things and run back and forth to the store in the middle of holiday season to deal with water soaked items.
