not the right item

sold by a partner vendor called belt outlet. I ordered a cotton Paisley bandana in hunter green. the receipt that came in the package says the same. however, I get a poinsettia dinner napkin? I will never order from this vendor again. thank God Target has an awesome return policy. however I did want the bandana.
