This nearly 1.24-pound skirt steak has been marinated in a savory carne asada marinade, cutting down your meal prep time — no need to worry about preparing and seasoning the meat on your own. Requiring just 18 minutes to broil, the steak is a great option when you're short on time but still want to serve a tasty meal. Beef needs to be fully cooked. Remove from package before cooking.Broil1. Heat broiler; spray broiling pan with cooking spray. Arrange steak on broiling pan.  Adjust oven rack so top of steak is 4 to 6 inches from heat.2. Broil 8 minutes. Turn steak over. Broil 6 to 10 minutes longer until fully cooked.Grilling Tip: Use broiling times to estimate grilling times. Slow Cooker1.    Add ¼ cup water to 3 to 4-quart slow cooker. Place steak in slow cooker. 2.    Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours until steak is fully cooked and tender. For food safety, cook to an internal temperature of 160°F as measured with a food thermometer.  Appliances and product thickness may vary; adjust cooking times accordingly. Do not microwave. Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.
