I would have given 5 but the sizing is off. I got an 18 based on measurements and it’s snug but normally I wear a 14-16 so go up in size!

Shipping trouble.

The first time I ordered this top, it arrived on time and matched the description, but it was too small, so I returned it to my local target store with no issues, and ordered a size bigger. That package got lost somewhere in Tennessee, so I got a refund for that one and ordered it again and that package arrived empty except for a swimsuit catalog. It looked like the package had been torn open and taped shut. Target issued another refund, but I’m not sure if I will try to order a 4th time.
