Straps cannot be adjusted

This is SUCH a cute dress and I really wanted to love it. The fit is great except the straps are lace and not adjustable - a huge miss. This led to some very strange gapping in the back because there was too much fabric. I think it could have been solved if I could have adjusted the straps, but I couldn’t. The bows you can tie and untie, but those are sewn onto the lace straps. I was very disappointed because again, the dress itself is adorable and I wanted to love it. I will be returning (also, I purchased the dress in a small and there is not an XS, so no opportunity to try another size).

The dress is beautiful, however the stitching around the top of the dress makes the fabric bulge out when on and it doesn’t look right. There is too much fabric there when it should be flat not bulky and look like a bubble.

So pretty, BUT...

This dress is beautiful… but for some reason on the sides it bulges out making it look like I have an area of side/back fat! For us short girls though the length is perfect!!! I’m 5’0” and 143 and the medium fit perfectly! I’m sooo sad because I wanted to love the dress but each time I turned to the side or looked at my back the bulge is all I could see. My husband said just return it because he knew it would bother me and I didn’t want to keep adjusting it.

I’m petite and 5’, this dress was almost down to the floor for me. I originally got it while pregnant and it looked super cute! But after trying it on postpartum, the fit wasn’t as flattering so I ended up returning it. The fabric was beautiful and I wish it fit me better, but would recommend as a baby shower/maternity dress, not for a regular petite person.
