I often feel like I am suspectable to colds and sinus infections. But since I have been taking Silver Strength plus Gold, I have felt healthier than I have in a long time. I will definitely keep this product in my daily routine! I've mixed it into my protein shakes and even into a glass of water. This product has helped me stay healthy all winter and I usually will double up my dose if I start to feel drained or the cold come on.

I add this to my smoothies and juices for an extra immune boost. It doesn't change the taste of my drinks at all. I bought a few of these as gifts to share with my extended family, would definitely recommend you try this.

I typically pour 1-2 tsp into my protein shake or my “vitamin water” as I call it. (Which is a mixture of the Sunwarrior liquid multivitamin and liquid light).

Silver Strength helped my body exponentially. I already take Sunwarrior's Liquid Light daily in my water which has been INSANE at increasing my energy level. The Silver Strength has the Liquid Light compound in it, but I take both every day to help my body be it's best self. They have increased my energy, I no longer feel the need to take naps, I have a regular sleep schedule back, and fall asleep faster and actually sleep through the night. I have insane dreams though, so I feel like it is also assisting with decalcifying my pineal gland/third eye more than it already was. I am more awake, not woke... there's a huge difference, than I have ever been. My body craves them now. There is no taste with the Silver Strength. I like the ingredients, but I cannot speak to any specific change in my body due to my using it.

Have not gotten sick since I have been taking it and I am around sick people alot.

My wife, daughter, and I have been taking this. Her entire office has had Covid she never came down with it. My daughter was exposed to COVID also same thing she had no issues. We had been taking before the pandemic but I feel this has helped us

This is easy to take. I just mix it with my morning juice and it's good. So far, we haven't been sick at all. It never hurts to boost your immunity with supplementation. We are entering flu season.
