I really like Pyle brand so when hubby said he wanted to try drums this was a no brainer and got this for him to try. I love that it came with headphones, drumsticks, and a stool so there was nothing extra I needed to buy him. The headphones part is huge because we are also at home with a newborn and he can jam out on the drums and the rest of us at home don't have to hear it! Haha! The sound quality is quite good for the price and assembly was simple. Had it setup in about 20 minutes and it's easy to move around the house. If you're looking for a good drum set for a good price definitely give this one a try!!! Highly recommend!

The electrical snare stopped working less than 6 months of having the set, and the Manufacturer has responded to honor the warranty. It's really sad, but I guess that's what happens when trying to find a deal. Pyle USA Support is the worst when it comes to trying to get replacement parts. I wouldn't buy any of their products again.

This 7pc e-drum set is awesome! Here's why. You can't beat the price and the quality that it delivered. It's the most complete set i've found so far with this range. It's super easy to setup and the best thing about it is the low latency. Which means you don't notice the delays when you hit the pads. It is small so it will fit right in the bedroom (where we have it setup). My bed room is medium size (10x12) with queen bed. It also has a set of headphone included which i think is a big plus because I can play it anytime of the day without bothering other people. With 180 sounds, this set will be very fun to play and learn. The chair is adjustable so anyone can use it. Sometimes I'll let my son play with it too so he can learn at the same time. It's fun and affordable.

When I took everything out of the box, it got a bit overwhelming because there were just so many pieces and parts. Before setting this up, my suggestion is to follow the instructions because I didn't and I had to take things apart and put everything back together which made setting this up a lot longer than it needed to be. The whole drum set is similar to the practice drum pads. When using the sticks that this came with or my own, I get the same bounce as I would with a drum pad. When this whole thing is set up, everything is adjustable so it can fit any sized person. This set is perfect for beginners or people who can already play. There is an option for headphones or not and with either way, you can control the volume. When playing, it sounds just like a real drum set which is really cool. It just weighs a lot less.
