Packed with protein

This was one of my favorite yogurts when trying to increase my protein to lose weight. It’s drinkable which makes it easier to tolerate in my opinion than other yogurts. No harsh smell, the texture was smooth and not lumpy like others or gritty. The taste is really good and the packaging makes it easy to hold and drink like a normal beverage.

Chalky sludge - HARD PASS!

So gross. I actually checked to see if it was expired halfway through. I came to check the reviews to make sure my experience was what other people had and that I didn’t need to go back and return it. Chalky is definitely a good word for it. When they say to shake it, they really mean it. I had shaken it, but apparently not enough. I got about halfway through and then it became this really nasty sludge. I seriously feel like I’m gonna throw up.

Taste so good

I absolutely love this protein drink. It’s taste so good. Super creamy and filling more like drinkable yogurt than shake. The berry flavor is solid and it’s easy to get a lot of protein fast. Would definitely buy again

Excellent source of Protein in a small sweet treat

The packaging caught my eye! 26 grams of protein is fantastic for such a small sweet treat. Of the protein rich yogurts it’s not my favorite. The texture is a bit chalky compared to other brands with 20 and 23 grams of protein. I would however purchase this if my favorite brand was out of stock.

The proteins it provides

I tried the Ratio Protein Dairy Drink in Mixed Berry flavor and liked it quite a bit. It has a creamy, drinkable-yogurt-like texture and a good fruity taste, though it is a little sweet. I love that it packs 26g of protein and 0g of added sugar—making it ideal for a quick snack or breakfast. It’s quite filling. The only downside is that it can feel a bit thick and have a slightly artificial taste. Overall, it’s a good option if you’re looking for something convenient and high in protein.

Don’t let the protein fool you, this product contains SORBITOL which alters gut bacteria, potentially inducing glucose intolerance. Known to cause digestive issues, like gas and diarrhea.

Chalky texture

I’m big on textures and this chalky texture was tough for me to choke down. The flavor wasn’t terrible but the texture was rough. Because of the amount of protein this little drink provides I’ll probably keep trying and hoping it gets easier to drink. I’ve only tried Strawberry so far.

Good flavor, lots of protein

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We weren’t sure how the texture of this yogurt drink would be but it was surprisingly pleasant. The strawberry flavor was pleasant and wasn’t too artificial. The bottle was a good size for one person. We liked that it is packed with protein but not a ton of sugar. Overall it was good but not sure how often we will buy it because of the price.

I thought I would give this a try, dont waste your money, the aftertaste is nasty. I made sure to shake really well, but it was still thick at the bottom. Im just hoping it wasn't spoiled or bad, and I dont get sick.

Great taste and protien yyeeessss

Healthy snack that tastes great!
