Poor quality

Noticed chair backrest had a few little lines. We thought no big deal. When assembling you could see the wood kind of like cracking. No no big deal continued . The min my daughter sat on it and relaxed her back it broke. My daughter had been so upset it was a Christmas present that lasted less than 5 min.
