A Baker's Best Friend

I was gifted one of these bowls for Christmas. It was the best gift ever! I frequently make my own sourdough bread and English Muffins. I have a small kitchen so I needed I sturdy bowl to make, knead & proof dough in. This bowl is perfect and the dough doesn't stick to the ultra smooth interior much at all! I love it and am so grateful for it.
