Great bag, everything else feels like a bonus!

I bought this just for the bag, and honestly, that alone is worth the money. The material feels durable and well made. Once filled (I used old clothes and towels), it holds its shape well, with plenty of resistance and wiggle room - not too hard, not too soft. Perfect for boxing, kickboxing, or just chilling out. The gloves included are better than expected for a starter set, comfortable, well padded, and breathable enough for at-home workouts. The wrist guards, jump rope, and reflex ball are all nice extras. I didn't buy this set for those, but they come in handy and are definitely worth the money! All in all, if you're looking for a solid punching bag for home workouts, this is a great choice. The bag is the highlight, everything else is just icing on the cake.

Excellent product

We use this in class so I wanted to get one for practice at home. It's durable and the canvas is great. I didn't want to fill it with water so I filled it with sand. My only request is that it come with a funnel that can be inserted into the opening of the base.

Great quality bag at an amazing price.

When buying online, it's sometimes hard to tell exactly what you're getting. This is a quality 100 lb bag with a layer of reinforced foam padding wrapped around the middle of the bag. This thin padding helps absorb impact, protects the bag, and reduces recoil from your fists/wrists/forearms. Very good quality, good size, and a fair price. I'm a big guy with years of martial arts training, and this bag works great for both punching and kicking... just don't forget to buy some hand/foot/calf protectors too.

The most satisfying thing about this boxing punching bag with stand is its stability. The stand is very thick and strong, and the base is heavy enough. Even if I hit it with all my strength, it will not shake, and it is very stable. The filling of the sandbag is very solid, and the rebound is moderate. When hitting, the rebound feels very real, which is very exciting! Unlike some sandbags that are soft and can't be felt when hitting.

The price is not bad. I prefer the hanging bag.

Assembled in 10 minutes, base filled with water, no leaks, seems to work well. Just have to be careful about how hard you hit it so it doesn't swing too far. Would be better if it was more stable or could handle multiple hard hits/combinations, but nothing wrong with using a glove to steady it.

The bag was shipped very quickly considering its weight and size. Definitely a good and durable bag. Although it is on the stiff side, I find it perfect for hitting people. Some bags are too soft and not very nice to the touch, this one is not.

Very worth buying

I bought this for my husband! He has gout, so his exercise is very limited! This is such a great choice for him! He can sweat a lot without hurting his toes and knees from running and jumping! And this sandbag is super easy to set up (my daughter and I did it together)! Good quality and very stable! Now it is the most popular fitness equipment in our house, even my 3-year-old loves it! Super value!
