Bought for a gift....

The Tumbler was GREAT BUT I paid for gift wrapping and it was not gift wrapped. since it was sent directly to the person as a gift I was disappointed.

When I bought this cup on the Tervis site, I was able to personalize it quickly and easily. When it arrived it looked very nice. I'm so glad I purchased this product!

I use it as my water bottle and I never have to worry about it sweating all over the place. Especially love using it in the car and if I'm sitting at my antique wood table. No worries about water rings.

Bought this as replacement of moms wv cup that was lost. The only thing is i would have preferred the blue for the choice of the lid.

I was very excited to receive my customized Pitt tumbler. It is perfect and I've received a million compliments!

Like the tumbler, but wish I'd bought larger than the 16 oz. We'll use this one, but think the larger size would be more practical on beach, golf course, long trips.

I bought this for my daughter, who graduated from Pitt in 2014. It was a big hit - she loves the script logo. I love Tervis tumblers - I have several. They are very well made.

I ordered the cup and lid pretty late and with free 2 day shipping it arrived before Christmas as ordered and works perfectly

Great product and the person I got it for was thrilled with the gift. However, I ordered this as a Christmas gift, and when the package arrived on the 23rd, it was the completely wrong product. The rep I spoke with was helpful and apologized for the inconvenience, but then guaranteed overnight shipping for a Christmas arrival. I was not able to deliver this gift until December 31, which is just completely unacceptable in my book. I think the products are great, but unfortunately the complete screw up in my order (a Christmas gift being a whole week late) ruined my experience. I don't think I will be ordering from Tervis again, but the quality of the product is stellar (this review is based more on overall experience than product quality).

Bought these as a gift for Granddaughter going to OU this year!

Tervis mugs are the BEST. Keep drinks cold for up to four hours which is great for traveling. I have had this same glass for a couple of years. Bought this one as a Christmas present for my son - also a big OU fan.

This was a great gift and very much appreciated by the recipient
