Scam

First time I bought it, the thing was broken. One whole octave was lifted up out of the keyboard and was unplayable. I gave it a second chance and it worked for about a month. It just cut off its power and never turned back on. 0 stars if I could.

Don’t order. Stopped working after being used a handful of times. Turns on intermittently but there is no sound. Best Choice won’t provide customer service because order was initiated on Targets site but “sold and shipped” by Best Choice

Disappointed

This was a birthday gift for my granddaughter. It is defective as the speakers crackle and the keys play random noises like drums when in the piano mode. Very disappointed in this product!!

Keyboard

The keyboard arrived timely. I like it, with one exception which would prevent me from purchasing it again, The keyboard has a default volume level which I thought was way too loud, you can turn the volume down, but can not reset default to this volume, It’s challenging to instruct a young child to turn it down every time they turn it on. In hindsight, I should have purchased a simpler keyboard. Lesson learnec

Overall great- needs volume adjustment

Overall the keyboard sounds and works great, but there needs to be a way to change the default volume which is EARSPLITTING. Why is the default volume set SO high when you turn it on? Then the child using it needs to be told EVERY SINGLE TIME to turn it wayyyyy down. This is for children and should turn on at the lowest volume. It automatically goes on extremely loud and there doesn't seem to be a way to change that. Or it should turn back on at the most recently set volume. Very strange - I've never seen a keyboard default to such a volume that is far too loud for both the child playing it, and everyone in the house, and all the neighbors...

Run do not Walk away from this product!

I spent considerable time on a chat with the company trying to make the three teaching modes work only to find out that it doesn't work with this model. Called Customer Service with Target (who erroneously says it does within the description as well as on the title) only to find out that I can return it. Well lovely- it was a gift and I do not live nearby so guess I now need to inconvenience the recipient. Here is hint target: PROOF READ YOUR DESCRIPTIONS! and don't pass it off on the manufacturer who passes it off to Target.! Solution was to refund me partial amount for the 1/3 that doesn't work ... but nope not Target's policy...Guess their policy is deceptive advertising instead... can you tell I am done!

"beginner" ketboard actually just means cheap bad keyboard!

i thought i was just getting a beginner keyboard, not a BAD keyboard. the sound samples are definitely from the 90s, and the user interface is not very intuitive. but most importantly, the default volume is SO LOUD, and you have to turn it down every time you turn it on. really annoying and not good to just leave out around kids.
