Relaxes muscles
I use this for my daughter as she has cerebral palsy and the muscles in her legs get really tight. It helps her legs relax and she sleeps better.

I like that there no strong smell to it.
Since I started using this product I have NOT gotten one single leg cramp at night. I will continue to use this and I would highly recommend it !

I would look for another brand.
I bought this with hopes it would help with recovery after running. The first two times I used it, it was good. The third time , it had turned grainy almost as if something in the formula separated. Very disappointed .

RESTLESS LEGS SYNDROME
I have restless leg syndrome. This magnesium cream has helped with my sleep. It does not work fully with every use, and I have no idea why not, but it helps with my RLS 75% to 80% of the time.

I was skeptical this would help with my tossing and turning at night. I have suspected RLS but not diagnosed so I was willing to try anything. It works really well, I notice when I don't use it and when I do use it I sleep better. It does have a slight smell but it's sort of menthol adjacent. Takes a while to full rub in and sink in but it's great, purchased my second bottle.

Pleasant scent. Absorbs well when I massage it on to my feet, but didn't relieve muscle cramps. Started a return but it specifically states Target will not accept opened, used product. How does one tell that it doesn't work if they can't open and use it!? Do better, Target!
