Scratched horribly after regular use

The dishes themselves look great out of the box, but the bottom lip is not smooth. After 2 weeks of gentle use, every single dish is scraped as though we've been trying to carve them as opposed to normal use. Very disappointing.

I found this dish set to be more beautiful than the picture. I like the sizes. However they seem to be scratching easily. I think because the bottom of them is a little rough, maybe it’s scratching the plate below it when stacked. I’m still happy with my purchase I just worry about the durability in the long term.
