painful

This has caused me excruciating pain. It squeezes your feet entirely too hard. my pinky toe got caught in between the gears and I couldn't getand I couldn't get it out! When I did get it out I swore I had ripped my toe off. luckily it wasn't, just very badly bruised.

It's just OK - a little disappointing

The remote doesn't work well. it's not the battery, I replaced the battery when it wasn't working at all, then it started working 10% of the time and only when held from a specific angle right up against it. so kinda defeats the purpose of the remote. the device itself provides fairly nice massage, but the "options" really don't provide that much variety. it all feels the same. you can't really feel the heat either.
