The Year of Allan
Absolutely perfect! This doll is a most excellent homage to the vintage Allan. He has the hair, the side-glance brown eyes, the little smirk, even the slightly turned-up nose. Yet, he's modernized and can hang at the beach with Midge and any Barbie friends. My only quibble is that they put him on a Fashionista Ken body without a swivel neck. I put one of mine on a more articulated body and he's great. He looks teriffic next to the Barbie the Movie Allan, who is easily one of the best dolls from the movie. This is clearly the Year of Allan.
