Stacking cups smells toxic - doubt food grade

Got this as part of the black friday bath bundle. From the get-go it smells VERY STRONG of plastic. Food grade silicone is not supposed to have a smell when new (this changes with use). I got an instant headache when I opened the package/box for this. I don’t know if I can return it since it’s part of a bundle and already opened but I do not recommend the stacking cups.

So cute and fun. I know we will use these forever with it being a nice silicone. This is one of the only “forever” bath toys. Easily cleans in dishwasher and it can be used by all my children, ages 0-5 years.
