The soap dispenser pump does not work at all, which made this travel cleaning kit incredibly frustrating to use, especially while on vacation when convenience matters most. On top of that, the advertised coupon code REVIEW25 does not work, making it even more disappointing. Between the defective pump and the misleading promo, this product feels poorly thought out and unreliable. I wouldn’t recommend this kit and won’t be purchasing again.

However, only one of the brushes is small enough to fit into the Willow collection containers, and that one is entirely too small for it. I can't properly clean the pump parts with this kit.

I loved this kit! Until the brush broke only 3 months after use for travel. I’m not sure if there’s a replacement brush sold, the contact us page is too difficult to navigate to see if I can buy a new one. Sort of frustrating because that travel silicone brush fits perfectly in the kit. 5/5 stars for 3 months, but 2/5 stars if I can’t purchase a new brush.
