Album arrived so damaged

Album arrived in a smashed box and the photobook is damaged across the bottom. Target wanted to me to return it to them for a refund, which is fine, but I know they’ll just throw it in the trash and I really don’t want to contribute to more waste from returns. So I’m keeping the damaged one since the cd is still intact. Target really needs to protect albums better when shipping. So disappointing.
