Don’t have a fabric tape measure? Use a shoelace or pant leg to measure. Then, lay it flat & use a ruler or tape measure to get a numerical measurement.

How to measure

  • Height

    Standing with feet together and back to a wall. Measure from floor to the top of the head.

  • Chest

    Have your child make airplane arms. Wrap tape measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping it level & snug.

  • Waist

    With your child bending to one side, measure the point where the waist flexes naturally. Keep the tape level & comfortably loose.

  • Hip

    Have your child stand like a tall tree with feet together. Measure a level line around the fullest part of the hips & seat.

  • Inseam

    Take a pair of pants that fit your child well. Measure along the seam from crotch to leg opening.

    Misleading - NO foldober mitten cuffs

    These do NOT have fold over mittens as advertised. There’s even a tag that says it has the fold over cuffs, and they’re clearly not there. Bought these specifically for my son with eczema, so they’re pretty useless unfortunately.

    Buyer Beware- Arms are VERY small

    We've bought Cloud Island sleepers I the past and were happy with them, so I didn't think twice about stocking up on these when they went on sale. Unfortunately, I didn't read the reviews so I didn't know how tight the arms are. Our baby is a long, thin 9 month old who just transitioned to 12 month clothing and we can barely get his arms through the sleeves. I have no idea how anyone with a plump baby could ever use these. It's honestly like the design team has never been around an actual baby before. Super disappointed in the product and that I wasted my money on it.

    Very tight around the arms and legs.. I buy a lot of clothes in this brand like 80% of my baby’s clothes is cloud island and these are very tight I’m not sure I’ll be able to use these for long.. a few sleepers I have in this brand in smaller sizing still fits my baby and these are just very tight…
