Very good quality and easy to use mid deep pan
We have used this pan almost everyday for 13 years. It will be used to cook almost every kind of food. Since it is not a pfas coating stainless pan, it is very safe for daily cooking. Although it is not a non sticky pan, we can still to use it easily. The residual left on pan can be removed easily if you leave water in the pan for a while. We strongly recommend this pot to everyone to use it frequently. Excellent product! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻☺️☺️☺️💐💐💐

I’ve been needing a high quality, larger pan so I was really thrilled to snag this one! It’s perfect for one-pot pasta dishes (water also boils faster in it due to the shape). The shape is also versatile, allowing it to be used as a pot or a pan! I also love the lid. Washes easily, and things don’t really seem to stick to it. It’s not too heavy and I do like the longer handle so it doesn’t get as hot. Very happy with this one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow what an incredible product! I love how big this chefs pan is.. the quality and craftsmanship is next level. I have used it to cook breakfast and dinner. The size has allowed me to have easy free cooking with less oil splatters because of the depth. It says it’s dish washer friendly but I have been using a sponge and dawn soap to clean it to preserve the quality. I’m so impressed by how nice this pan is and it is a wonderful addition to my kitchenware. I love that it is stainless steel and not teflon… less chemicals is always better! That’s a win !

Sparkling and amazing!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My christening meal was chili on a cold night! It was perfect! The size was great to make a pot of chili for a family of 5! I love that it’s like a skillet but then has high enough walls for liquids. And then having a lid is amazing for your simmering meals! My only arg moment is the way it cleans. It’s a learning curve for sure, but a little bar keepers friend goes a long way to bring it back to its sparkly appearance! Love this pan!

Unique shape!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fantastic and unique shape! It’s a little wider at the top than the bottom, almost giving a wok kind of feel. Perfect for soups and rice dishes. It’s a beautiful design and honestly just pretty to look at. I also love the long handle on one end and the short handle on the other- perfect for carrying when heavy and holding onto when sautéeing. The long handle is also flat enough on top that it’ll balance the lid if you are simmering and want to vent the lid a bit. Definitely am going to check out their whole premier stainless steel line!

It cooked evenly and is comfortable to use. The only thing is the handles get hot so you have to be careful with that but overall I love it! I want more of this line of calphalon premier ss pots now!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this pan!!!! It's beautiful to look at, very good quality and I love that it has no pfas. It takes a bit of a learning curve to use if you are used to nonstick pans, as I am, but I will get better! It is great at heating up quickly and cooking my food well. When cleaning, it wasn't hard to get the residue off, but I did use a harder sponge to scrub as there was some stickage. This is to be expected though with stainless steel. I love the size of the pan and the lid as well. I am soooo happy with this pan and will use it for years to come!
