Q: How do I open it? I can’t get it open to use it

A: Press the H and M buttons at the same time.

A: Open the little door at the top, pull out the cord and instructions, it will explain how to open for the first time. Basically, plug it in, press H & M at the same, but not too hard because you'll be holding it down while it unlocks and that won't allow it to open.
