Place booties on your hands to perform slide board exercises like push-ups and plank variations, or face the ends to perform exercises like lunges and mountain climbers. Great product

Slide board is very good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the slide board a few weeks ago. I've used it 6-8 times thus far and like it a lot. I like that I can roll it up and put it away for the sake of convenience vs a more solid board. The feet booties work well and the workout itself is helping my hockey game which was my goal. The one downside is that the side of the slideboard do not have pads so I've been using a rolled up towel instead. Not a perfect workaround but its working fine.
