The cookie is very hard I mean very hard but it does have a nice pumpkin taste. The filling has a very good cream cheese flavor. Dunkin them for an easier chew to protect you teeth.

We wait all year to get these cookies and have never been disappointed. Until now. In each box we have opened the cookie wafer has been rubbery and not crisp. I opened the last box from 2024 kept in the freezer and it was as crisp and flavorful as it should be. Target refunded the cost of the cookies but we'd rather have a crisp cookie. Time to wake up the manufacturer's quality control department and ignore "it's just a cookie."
