It's very subtle but still fills the room with a spa-like calming smell and vibe. I would highly recommend for someone who doesn't want something too "in your face" but still gives you the scent you are looking for! The only thing I would say is a downside is that I feel like it doesn't last the whole 4 weeks between shipments.
