A: Hello, There is no tolerable upper limit or RDA set for Pregnenolone, but it has been safely studied at a maximum dosage of 500mg for up to 12 weeks. We also let you know that diosgenin is a precursor to pregnenolone. It is a phytochemical isolated from wild yams to synthesize pregnenolone.
