This company clearly does not stand by its products. I bought a toothbrush two months ago from Target’s website, and the charging cord was faulty right out of the box. When I emailed customer support for help with replacing the cord, they only pointed me to their 30-day return policy instead of offering a real solution. Now I’m stuck with a $60 toothbrush that I can’t even use. I should have chosen a Philips toothbrush—they stand behind their products. Also, their toothpaste doesn’t work at all for whitening. Save your money and look elsewhere!

I’m so glad I found this toothbrush! I ordered it on a Friday and it arrived Monday morning. I couldn’t wait to try it out and it was fantastic! I am excited to see the results after continuous use. The bristles aren’t too rough or too soft, just right. Having just finished chemo, oral health is so so important and I know this toothbrush will help me keep up with that! Highly recommend!
