Description
Remove plaque and experience a deep, effective clean with Sonicare technology, removing up to 5-7x more plaque vs. a manual toothbrush. Sonicare technology gently pulses water between your teeth, for a month's worth of manual brushing in just 2 minutes. The QuadPacer lets you know when you've spent the optimal amount of time on each section of your mouth while the SmarTimer signals when your 2 minutes is up. The pressure sensor flashes red to remind you to ease off, helping to prevent gum recession, while the 2 intensity settings ensure a comfortable clean that’s right for you. Going electric might feel like a big step, but with this brush you’re in safe hands. Its slim ergonomic design and familiar-shaped head gives you everything you need for an effective clean. The kit includes 1 Philips Sonicare 4100 electric toothbrush, 1 Optimal Plaque Control (C2) brush head and 1 USB charging cable (wall adaptor not included).

This is the most useless toothbrush I ever owned. Thought I was upgrading from another oral toothbrush at a cheaper price. This one is so much worse. Can’t put any pressure on it or it’ll stop working. Teeth still feeling dirty after a full two minute use. Might as well use a non electric toothbrush. What a waste of money. Makes me angry.

Don't buy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toothbrush seems to be low powered, I don't feel like my teeth are being cleaned

Poor customer care from Philips
Nice toothbrush, but terrible customer service from Philips. Toothbrush came with product registration information and an offer for a free brush head. When I went to the sight, I couldn't register it, so I had to contact customer care via chat. I sent a photo of the offer and she said it was no longer active. She could not offer me registration NOR a free brush head event though there was no expiration date on the offer. I get that it's not her fault personally (which I told her) but a billion dollar company should be able to give it's customer care team the authority to send a free $10 brush head in good faith.

WRONG TOOTHBRUSH IN BOX
CHECK YOUR MODEL NUMBER! I bought this toothbrush and later found out that I recieved a 3100 instead of a 4100. Target refused to do anything about it as it was out of the return window. Dissapointing response from Target...

Simple, but works great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've used Sonicare toothbrushes for the last 20 years, and the do the job. This one is a great alternative to the first (really expensive) one that we bought 20 years ago. It fits on the charger/brush head holer/sanitizer that came with our first one. I just wish they still sold a brush sanitizer that holds 2 brush heads

Piece of junk
Have used Sonicare toothbrushes for years. Always good quality and good customer service (and unlike Oral B’s stupidly designed toothbrushes they fit in your mouth). Just went to replace my Sonicare at the end of its useful life and bought the basic model (they try to get you to pay more for “features” you don’t need). Just opened the box and the toothbrush does not come with a plug. Just a USB. Who the heck plugs their toothbrush into their computer? A toothbrush is one thing you definitely need a plug for. And the quality is so much cheaper in every way than my previous toothbrush. Cheap base, cheap plastic. This garbage is going back to Target and I will not be paying more for one of the more expensive Sonicares. This basic model was great for years.

Great features would highly recommend
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really love this toothbrush so far. It start off gently and increase to a more aggressive after 2 week. It also has a feature that warns you uf you are brushing to hard. The is a light that tells battery status and also a light that tells you it's time to replace brush.

Best toothbrush for the money
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best electric toothbrush. We had a high end Oral B for 5 years until it stopped working. Decided to give Sonic a try. Sonic care does a much better job getting rid of the plaque. Love the water jets within the brush.

Breaks Every Year - 3 years in a row
Breaks every year. Nice toothbrush when it works, I also like having the timer. However, the lifespan is incredibly short. I have had to repurchase 1 every year over the last 3 years, which is not just frustrating but wasteful.

Very good product. Bi-color looks cheap.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the product. It's mine, not to be shared. Simple. A second push of the on button changes the intensity. My mouth feels clean and fresh when done. What's up with the white brush head on a black charging base and cord? Looks like I purchased the toothbrush at the local thrift shop. I bought 2 spare black brush heads. Now it looks right.

Good intro electric brush
This is a good, basic electric toothbrush with pressure sensor and quadrant alerts. It's also really attractive. I bought the lilac. My only complaint is the power button is almost completely invisble makig turig it off truly challenging.

This toothbrush is small enough to take on trips!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my 4100 series toothbrush. It does a great job getting into the hard to reach areas and I can take it with me for a weekend without needing to bring the charger!

Good quality for price
Love this! Got this twice already after my first one broke after using it daily for 5 years. For the price, this lasts surprisingly long. Brush heads could get expensive to replace though
