The toothbrush head that came in the box with the hand-held will not slide all the way down until it clicks, it does not fit flush. The brushhead slides up while brushing and came off on my mouth. This is very dangerous. Its a defective Sonicare. I wouldn't recommend until Philips recalls and corrects the problem with these deflective Sonicare. Already returned the Sonicare before writing the review, therefore I have no photos.

I always found myself feeling unsatisfied with my oral B. Ever since I have switched it has improved my oral health for the better It is easy to use, simple and has an effortless look. I am always feeling so clean after I brush!

Clean teeth with the right brush head

    5 out of 5 stars

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been a Sonic tooth brusher for several decades now. They last a long time, except for the brush heads, of course. This version has an option for brush head enrollment, which is nice because the chances of finding a brush head locally were slim next to none. You also have to make sure you order the right brush head, because the ones that are too soft are pointless. In fact, I need to see if I can change the brush head to the exact one that comes in the package and a heads up, the unit stops or acts like it won’t work until you replace the brush head. Obviously, the brush head is the most critical part to this unit, or it has been for me. I like the 3 options to clean, focus on your gums and the more intense clean. I haven’t paid too much attention to define the difference, but I can say it’s nice to have the option.

I purchased the 7300 HX9610 Sonic Electric toothbrush and it lasted about a year. Then I noticed that I was not working properly. The screw that holds the tip that makes it vibrate loosens and it becomes worthless. You can take it apart and re-screw it but it is a hassle, and it won't work the same.

Hi Amanda, We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your Sonicare Toothbrush. Here are some tips to help you out. Please ensure the brush head is firmly placed on the handle and not loose. A small gap will remain between the handle and brush head as needed for vibration. Also, it's important to make sure you clean the power button area with a damp cloth, as toothpaste residue can accumulate around the power button. If you have any further questions, please feel free to get in touch via social media. We're available 24/7 on Facebook and X. Alternatively, you can reach out to us via the contact page on our website. One of our colleagues will then try their best to help you further. Hope to speak to you soon! It tells you how much brushes you get out of one toothbrush head. If you brush t hard a blue indicator light will flash on your phone screen. You have different brushing techniques, deep clean, and one for gums. It is worth purchasing.

Each of these "posititions" uses a different brush head and you can really tell. This is so far advanced from my old Philips device I am happy I made the change and upgraded with Philips.
