Damaged Cans
I order cat food weekly from Target. As Target often doesn’t have adequate stock of canned cat food it has to be shipped to me. This last box of canned cat food that was shipped had several cans that were damaged to the point they were unusable. I asked for replacement, I sent photos of the damaged cans and fed my cats with the undamaged cans. They are now asking for the entire box to be returned in order to replace the damaged cans. I’ve already used cans from the box to feed my cats, so what should I do? I guess I’ll send the empty box with the damaged cans inside. Seems like a lot of time on my part and irritation will be spent for Target to correct their mistake.

Cans consistently arrive damaged
Every order, at least a few cans arrive damaged. This order, some cans were completely split open and leaked their contents into the packaging. Before I could return it to the store, one grew an entire ecosystem of mold. I don't want to even put it in my car to return it, it's that disgusting. My cat likes these flavors but it's just not worth the hassle or waste of money on damaged cans. I used to be able to send photos and get a refund, but apparently Target has ceased to try and be helpful, even when their careless packaging of shipped items causes damage.

Terrible Shipping Handling on Targets end
I have always bought this wet food for my cats and they love it but I will not be buying it from target again. My package arrived with the outside box in perfect condition but the food box itself beaten up, re-tapped and leaking. Very disappointed in this quality from target
