Easy to set up & use. Plus it looks nice
Packaging was very good and it was very easy to set up. Just unfold the bottom supports & set the top & snug up the supports. No tools required. Save the box & some of the flat styrofoam to carry & store the unit.

Functional
There's damage to the corner which is visible when the lecturn is set up which is disappointing. Otherwise it should work for the purpose we intended.

Poor quality and the podium came damaged.
I must convey that I am very disappointed in the quality of the product. All of the edges of the podium are marred, pitted and rough. The upright pieces are scratched. Not impressed. I would not purchase a product from this company again or the vendor.

top doesn't match the base
This tabletop lectern is very heavy and durable; however, the top of the base doesn't align with the bottom. Unfortunately, we needed to use it for an emergency for an event, so we had to use it as it was (lop side). I would have returned it had we not had to use it. The fold down feature is ideal for sto and go.

Complete Junk
You get what you pay for. I bought this as an open box item. The item was damaged and a mess. I will end up throwing it out. Totally non-functional And especially hard to maneuver as a desktop lecturn.

Not compact and light as the picture deceivingly shows it to be.
We purchased this to be used twice a week, transporting it from an office to a classroom. The picture showed a lady carrying it looking very compact and easy to carry. NOT the case. It is heavy AND bulky. Great if you are not going to be moving it, but not so great if you are transporting it.

Nice appearance - handy to store
I like that this lecturn is foldable for storage. The finish is a mahogany color which makes it look more like furniture. The finish is ""ok"" but appears to need special care as to not get scratched. It was very carefully packaged with one box inside another.

Solid and heavy

Only receiving 1 star because I HAD to selecting order to write a review…. I didn't want to give Any stars at all!! Item was only just removed from its packing and is broken. Screws pulled out of panel platform. And we've missed the return date by 2 days! Hopefully we can still return the item.

Not portable
I bought this because I needed something portable and the pictures looked like it was. Only the stand is practically portable. The desk itself is huge and together would be too heavy for 1 person so easily bring around.
