I don't understand why, you would discontinue this product?! My mom used this flour, when it was called, masa trigo. I've also used this four to make flour tortillas, for many years. All of a sudden, it's nowhere to be found! Why?? I've attempted to make tortillas from scratch, and used the store brand harina preparada. It's not the same flavor. This flour is a special staple, to several generations. Please bring it back.

I made these tortillas per directions, but my dough won't stay stretched out and so by the time I get it to the comal, they are too thick. Should I let the balls rest longer to relax the gluten? Should I do less kneading?

My family and I have been consuming this product for years. Overs 15 years to be exact and there isn't another like. I am a picky eater as well as taste and this flour mix NEVER disappoints. The taste and texture is really manageable and is extremely soft if you know how to mix well. Thank you Quaker oats.

I had been eating these tortillas since I was a child, and my son who is the most pickiest eater loves them, unfortunately like so many others we can't find them in the stores or online. I know the pandemic has hit all of us and I hope we get the chance to have your mix back on the shelves once again. We are in loss of words we have searched high and low for this item currently outside of our third store just to locate this product. All we wanted to do is make and prepare our authentic tortillas to enjoy with our meal. Tasting the melted butter evenly spread onto our freshly made flour tortillas creating memories and celebrating my sibling birthday midst the pandemic. This is so devastating.
