I tried this protein bar, even though I always hate protein bars. I thought maybe the texture being sort of rice crispy like would make it more palatable. I was right. This is a good option if you are on a glp-1 and don’t feel hungry. I think I will be buying these again. I think that they should make an actual rice crispy flavor. This is pretty close though 10 out of 10.

Well these strawberry frosted cake cookies were very tasty. Almost like eating a piece of cake. They come 2 in a package and are enough to satisfy a sweet craving. Can't wait to try some of the other cookies.

I’ve noticed it may be a bit too sweet for someone who doesn’t have a sweet tooth but the good thing is it’s not overloaded in actual sugars! The taste of protein powder is very apparent and almost grainy (?) but doesn’t take away from what the bar is supposed to do.
