Changed ounces and scent
Not only did they reduce the amount you get from 16.9 ounces to just 12 ounces, the scent must have been changed as well. I used to love the watermelon mint scent and now it smells like feet. I’ll be finding new hand soap.

Used to be the best
The whole appeal to this hand wash was that it smelled good and was very moisturizing. They changed the formula so now it doesn’t smell hardly at all and it’s now as drying as any other hand soap. Truly such a shame because this was my favorite hand wash of all time. It was the only one that wouldn’t dry out my hands and now I’ll have to find a different hand wash to use. Not sure why they would destroy such a good product. Also the new bottle is incredibly stupid - you can’t move the pump wherever you’d like anymore so it has to sit sideways to be able to use it which makes it look really stupid on the counter. Way too expensive of a hand wash to be just on par with soft soap.

Shrinkflation is here
My family uses Raw Sugar products throughout the house. We love the scents and the clean ingredients. Unfortunately, with their recent "redesign," they've stopped selling the larger economy sizes and refills, and have changed the regular sized hand soap from 16.5oz to 12oz for the same price. So, not only have they increase the per ounce cost significantly, they've made their products less environmentally sound by removing the option to refill the plastic dispensers (unless of course we refill with another brand, which I will do).
