Buy with caution
Had them for 10 months and they completely died. I am unable to use them for what they are intended for. Still work as a pair of sunglasses but that’s about it. When thy worked they were great but cannot use them anymore which is really upsetting considering how much they cost. Not worth it at all.

I bought these to be able to live stream content on Instagram and unfortunately Meta decided to disable this feature on both the Gen1 and Gen2 smart glasses. Very deceiving of Meta to this when most people are intending to utilize this feature and now unable to. I just feel bad for those who cannot return their glasses because the return window has expired. I will be returning mine.

Had only issues with these glasses and no support from Ray-Ban
I used it as a sunglasses/headphones more than anything. The matterial they use is cheap and will fall apart like a cheap pair of glasses. The arm screw fell out and the store cannot replace it. Then the call to Customer support was a waste of time. Meanwhile, the headphone stopped working and the camera button also is unresponsive. I then created a Service request on their website "Luxottica" where they repeatedly said the glasses were out of Warranty when the receipt clearly shows it's only been 8 - 10 months since I bought it. I've made 3 failed attempts to get support from them. The product and support is the absolute worst for an expensive technology item!

SHAME ON YOU RAYBAN - JUNK FRAMES
These are plastic junk. I purchased 2 pair and received 1 for Christmas. I typically buy Rayban glasses because of the quality but the METAs are a waste of hard earned money. The plastic near the electronic mechanism separated after 1 year, making them inoperable. To others I sounded muffed and I could not use the speaker. I was almost a year and the company only offered me 100 credit to replace the entire pair plus lenses despite me spending nearly $600. Because they were a gift I did not have the warranty but did have the receipt which clearly showed the date of purchase. WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN. Ive seen better glasses for $20 on amazon

terrible product
The quality of the material is good, but the software is terrible. The product is completely unready for sale. It doesn't understand commands, doesn't listen, does whatever it wants. It's not worth the money, even if you buy it as a finished product.

Beware dont buy
These glasses are the epitome of a waste of money, not only have I gone through three pairs that have either broken cannot connect or will not charge and have the worst time trying to either exchange or return them because they are in such high popular demand that they cannot keep them in stock so once you get your defected pair and pay for it you have to wait another two weeks to a month in order for them to replace it with another pair that doesn’t work I highly suggest going to either Oakley Maui gym or Shady rays. They are much better and if you’re looking for AI glasses the Oakley’s although they don’t have the best frames, the technology seems to be working much Better

Meta waytrasher glasses
These glasses are trash!! Purchased and waited a week for the store to get the ones I wanted. Waited another week to get lenses in and was told I Would be charged an extra $45 per lense because of the glasses. Finally set up on my iPhone and started a video and after 40 seconds I get a message that it’s too hot and shutting down. Almost $400 for these glasses and they can even record a minute long? Absolute garbage and a waste of money.

Stopped working after 6 months
I got this for my boyfriend as a Christmas gift. He loved the glasses and the AI features. Unfortunately, the glasses just stopped charging/working. He is not able to turn the on to use the features it is intended for. He has only used them for about 6 months and very light wear.
