Unfortunately the scooter would not charge fully. Called the manufacturer to see if we were doing something wrong and learned this model was manufactured in 2017. So, straight out of the box, the scooter, battery and charger are already 7 years old! We had purchased 3 as gifts for grandchildren. What gives, Target? Poor customer relations in allowing such to be sold!

My daughter totally loves it and is on it almost everyday, I love the design it is nice and sleek and not super bulky like some other designs. My daughter loves that she can get places faster and it is easy to grab and go. It also takes no skill and its easy to learn. I do recommend that you have a helmet and elbow and knee pads until your child gets the hang of it. He had a couple spills before he was able to right himself and have a smooth riding experience. This was easy to set up and charge. He loves the color and how fast it goes. It’s very well made and sturdy for him. I like that it has a weight limit of over 100 lbs so he’ll get a couple years of use out of it before he outgrows it. This is a fun little scooter and he can’t wait until the weather is nice again so he can ride! Love Razor products.
