Gross. The chicken was stringy and the breading was like sand. There were a few decent size pieces but other than that just a bunch of small bits.

Tastes great! I had to take one star off because they need better quality control; some nuggets are the size of popcorn shrimp, so they cook very quickly. Most were medium sized, but a few were almost the size of a deck of cards but thicker so those cooked much slower. It was a bit annoying to have to stop and take out the small pieces so they didn't burn and not have all of the nuggets ready at once, or at the same crispiness level. It is an amazing product, and I would love to see both sizes available separately, but not together. Always love to see keto/low carb stuff. Price is tolerable, I'd say this is the equivalent to about 20 chicken nuggets, so a few dollars cheaper than fast food. But fast food isn't low carb (yet?) so I will definitely be buying these instead of wildly overpriced nugs at Chik Fil A or Wendys.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are decent and easy to make in the air fryer. They are packed with protein and low carb which is a plus. Definitely a convenient and tasty alternative to other unhealthy frozen chicken options.

So gross. Oily. Heavily breaded (does not taste or appear low carb). Also not chicken nuggets. There are many very large pieces of chicken even larger than chicken strips and a bunch of tiny pieces of breading without chicken. Disappointed, was looking forward to these.

Bought this for the first time and was disappointed to find that QC must be minimal at this company. The bag was filled with an odd assortment of sizes, only a few of which would be considered nuggets and those were primarily bread.

These aren't bad but they're not good either. The sizes and consistency of the nuggest are seemingly random and the amount of grease that cooks out of these (air fried) is insane. The breading is so thin and flavorless too, I wonder why they even bothered. "Healthier" but by the time you *fix* it with sauce or something else, you're worse off than if you just bought something else.

I’ve like most of the Real Good foods I’ve tried but they seem to have an issue with consistancy. These nuggets are no exception. The range in sizes makes me believe they had a bunch of random left over chicken pieces and this was their solution. Some are the size of quarters, some are the size of small patties. Some are thick, some are thin. This makes it impossible for them to cook evenly. I had to take the small ones out so they wouldn’t burn and keep cooking the larger ones for another 5 minutes. Also, I know seasonings are listed in the ingredients but they are so bland. The positive: the chicken is tender, providing you keep an eye on the internal temp and don’t over cook them. And the breading is decent. It doesn’t stay crispy very long but it stays on. Gluten free is hard, I get it. I’d probably skip over these next time.

I NEVER write reviews. I’m a college student and wanted a healthier option for frozen nuggets but these are awful. I’m the least picky person and so I try new things. I will say the texture of these is what really throws me off. They don’t have a firm texture at all. it’s like eating a nugget that someone chewed, breaded and refried. They also aren’t crispy on the outside. I know they’re lightly breaded but i’m talking about there being too much grease so they don’t crisp up in specific spots. I would not recommend buying these if you don’t want to be disappointed.

Just purchase the Bare brand, these are not worth purchasing.

Get your sauce out.. chicken is gross, breading is greasy, definitely better brands out there.

I purchased these at my local store and was looking forward to trying them. Unfortunately as I later discovered after reading many online reviews, the size inconsistency was a huge factor as to why I can't see buying them again. There were pieces the size of average chicken nuggets, pieces the size of 2-3 average chicken nuggets and then a whole bunch of tiny pieces that were as small as nickels and dimes! It seems like they have some definite quality control issues which makes me wonder what else they might be overlooking... It's very disappointing because I would have continued to purchase them otherwise.

Way better quality than other frozen chicken nuggets! The breading is very light but gets crispy in air fryer. A healthy nugget that our whole family likes!

I was so hopeful for these. Concept is great, but the chicken was stringy and the texture was awful. The flavor isn’t bad, but it’s not good enough to make up for the texture. I rarely write bad reviews but I genuinely threw this whole bag away after the first time I tried them because it was so bad. Get the target brand popcorn chicken instead and cut your calories elsewhere.

I ordered these as a substitute for the calorie-dense chicken nuggets I usually get. I am currently looking to get in shape and have been finding alternatives to the junk food I usually eat. I have tried the air-fried options as well as the low-fat options, which, although they usually satiate my cravings, leave me with some guilt due to the less-than-favorable nutrition facts that I find on these products. I saw these on TikTok being promoted as a better alternative to normal chicken nuggets, and knew I had to at least give them a try. These did not disappoint as I find that they satiate me the same way normal chicken nuggets do, and give me the satisfaction of recording the good macros. It is a high-protein, low-carb option in comparison to its competitors, and does an excellent job at maintaining its identity as a chicken nugget. If you pair these with sweet potato fries, then it is a generally healthier alternative to regular chicken nuggets and fries. My only concern is the thin and weak breading that pulls apart easily in air fryers, so you should be careful when handling and flipping them. Otherwise, these are great options, and I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to make an easy change in their choice for chicken nuggets.
