A: You can, but I wouldn't with the light breading. I usually microwave for 3 minutes and then put in the toaster over for 12 minutes. Speeds things up.

Don't waste your money
I'd give this zero stars if I could. These were greasy and mushy when made in the air fryer and the flavor was totally off to the point that I did not finish them and am throwing the rest of the bag away. (Even the packaging was problematic because the resealable zipper stuck together and the bag ripped open below the zipper when I tried to peel it apart.) Never again.

not good
not good. when I opened the package some of the nuggets were huge and some an expected normal size. many had breading missing. after cooking the breading flaked off very easily and trying to cut them they were very tough and stringy and chewy like a rubber bouncy ball. little to no flavor, even the smell while cooking I could tell they were going to be cheap and not good. will not rebuy (or finish the bag)

Low Carb Winner Chicken Dinner
Tastes great! I had to take one star off because they need better quality control; some nuggets are the size of popcorn shrimp, so they cook very quickly. Most were medium sized, but a few were almost the size of a deck of cards but thicker so those cooked much slower. It was a bit annoying to have to stop and take out the small pieces so they didn't burn and not have all of the nuggets ready at once, or at the same crispiness level. It is an amazing product, and I would love to see both sizes available separately, but not together. Always love to see keto/low carb stuff. Price is tolerable, I'd say this is the equivalent to about 20 chicken nuggets, so a few dollars cheaper than fast food. But fast food isn't low carb (yet?) so I will definitely be buying these instead of wildly overpriced nugs at Chik Fil A or Wendys.

So gross. Oily. Heavily breaded (does not taste or appear low carb). Also not chicken nuggets. There are many very large pieces of chicken even larger than chicken strips and a bunch of tiny pieces of breading without chicken. Disappointed, was looking forward to these.

Bought this for the first time and was disappointed to find that QC must be minimal at this company. The bag was filled with an odd assortment of sizes, only a few of which would be considered nuggets and those were primarily bread.

These aren't bad but they're not good either. The sizes and consistency of the nuggest are seemingly random and the amount of grease that cooks out of these (air fried) is insane. The breading is so thin and flavorless too, I wonder why they even bothered. "Healthier" but by the time you *fix* it with sauce or something else, you're worse off than if you just bought something else.
