A: You can, but I wouldn't with the light breading. I usually microwave for 3 minutes and then put in the toaster over for 12 minutes. Speeds things up.

Chicken texture odd, did not crisp up with specific air fry instructions, a lot of loose breading in the package. I have really enjoyed other products by this company, these were a bit disappointing.

Everyone was asking what it was because they smelled so good. Easy to open and resealable packaging is a plus. Simple ingredients, but big flavor!

I know I’m in the minority here but I just feel like no matter how long I cook them they don’t get super crisp, they kind of feel soggy, and I’m just not a fan of the texture. The breading almost has a grainy texture to it. I want to love these because of the protein but I just wouldn’t buy them with my own money, if I’m going to buy chicken nuggets I’ll just stick to Perdue or Tyson.

I would recommend that you keep it in the air fryer a bit longer we did just to get a bit more crispy. I would buy again for my gluten free members of the family but have it 4 stars as I am not gluten free and like more crispy batter texture.

I wasn’t sure about them at first since they are gluten free, but they ended up being super delicious. I would say that they are similar to the Chick-Fil-A nuggets. These are super great and healthier then some of the other frozen chicken out there. I would definitely purchase again.

When the air-fryer is used for about 8-10 minutes straight from the freezer, they are super crispy and the flavor is fantastic. The chicken remains juicy. The ingredients are natural and flavorful. It’s great to taste the chicken with just a hint of breading flavor. You don’t feel guilty about having chicken nuggets with these. Just remove the bag from the freezer, unzip, and put it in the air fryer! This product was received in exchange for an honest review, but I have been a customer of this product for over a year!

The instructions are really easy because they are pre cooked, I placed mine in the air fryer for 12 min and done.. they taste delicious!

The overall flavor was just okay. It’s nice they have lower carbs, but I’ve definitely had better nuggets. The price was also higher.
