The nuggets are only lightly breaded so they don’t get soggy like other frozen chicken nuggets. My niece and nephew loved them!

Even if you're not on a low carb diet, these are a must try! The bag comes nicely packaged and sealed. I made the whole bag for dinner and it was plenty for my daughter and I. (Yes, my 9 year old approved as well!). They cooked nicely in the oven, they came out tender and the breading had a slight crisp. The breading has a nice flavor, not spicy or anything but lightly seasoned. I mixed mine in buffalo sauce and dipped it ranch and it was amazing! My daughter had hers as is with sweet and sour sauce and she loved it. There are lots of things you could make with these and can be very versatile in recipes. I am very pleased with this product and would highly recommend!

They taste pretty good. They don’t have a thick layer of breading so I really like that, but I wasn’t a fan of the breading. It kinda would fall apart easily. had kind of like a sandy texture.

yes, the macros are good, but the quality control is some of the worst i’ve ever seen. i’ve bought these and the strips several times now and 75% of the time the zipper on the bag comes broken (usually not attached to one side, defeating the purpose). it’s crazy for them to call these nuggets because they are HUGE. and unfortunately with this brand, there are a lot of nasty bits inside, just blood/gristle/whatever that makes some of it inedible. i have to make sure i cut or rip them up before eating them to make sure im not consuming that. really disappointing considering how much these bags cost.

Being lightly breaded makes them have less carbs and not be so crunchy when you put them in a nice caesar salad. The zip bag is good to put what you don't use back in the freezer. Putting them in an air fryer makes them easy and quick to make for a quick on add in to your healthy lunch. We love them!!!

Also tried them in chicken wraps… so good! High protein and low carb was even better! Only thing that could make them better is if they were made with avocado oil instead of canola!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Real Good Foods did it again! These chicken nuggets are so easy to cook in the air fryer, just 12 minutes at 330 F and you are good to go! These are lightly breaded and a little under for the salt but I don’t mind as I chop these up & put them in my pasta for protein. These chicken texture is really nice and juicy on the inside and crunchy on the outside.

That’s a plus . I also don’t like the chicken breast w/ rib meat mix ! I can definitely tell it’s pork in added chicken which isn’t a plus . I do like that the chicken is juicy and not dry . But, I wouldn’t recommend this product due to the disappointment and price.
