Q: can you heat them in the microwave.

A: You can, but I wouldn't with the light breading. I usually microwave for 3 minutes and then put in the toaster over for 12 minutes. Speeds things up.

There were a lot of small pieces and some medium/large pieces which is frustrating because some would burn. Plus one whole bag didn’t even fill a sheet pan.

However once we were able to purchase they made for a great dinner, very flavorful and just enough breading without too much. I like how much protein comes in a serving and they were easy to prepare in the air fryer.

I love that I can just throw them in the air fryer to get nice and crispy. My only complaint is I wish they were more affordable for the quantity… gluten free is always so pricy
