So disappointed that an associate would pick out the onion that they did. The only way I could possibly understand, is if it was literally the ONLY onion in the bin. I actually had to run back out to get a decent onion. :(

Moldy and Not Edible!
I brought back this onion that had significant mold growth. When I tried to show the employee the issue, I was told to “put it back in the bag” without really acknowledging the concern. I did receive a refund, which I appreciate, but the interaction felt dismissive and lacking empathy. I just received a you are all set, have a great day! A simple apology or acknowledgment would have made the experience feel much more customer-friendly. I just wanted to share this feedback in hopes of improving future customer interactions.
