Was very excited or my first ever travel coffee cup and I was sadly disappointed. I bought two black and like an Easter yellow. I make my coffee the old school way, boil very hot water on the kettle and stir in my instant coffee. I am disappointed that my coffee does not stay hot after an hour, I don't understand why? Do I have a defected product? Very cute and efficient cup, but disappointed on the heat function 😞

overall this does what it needs to do. however the product description says “accidents happen” and so i would think they’d make this mug spill proof in addition. to destruction proof. i think rather than the sip vent they should have made this spill proof. great for sitting on the desk but not if you want to toss it in your bag and go. good thing i tested it first.

I have had my mug for six months now and it has not let me down with the temp control. The only thing that has happened is the lip slider broke so now my coffee just pours out. Wish they had replacement parts

I bought this a month ago at Ross and now I know why it was so cheap. While driving to work today, it started leaking from the seal. Dripped coffee on my shirt. Only ever hand washed. Useless.

It is very cute and the perfect fluid ounce for the amount of hot coffee I drink. Lid kept getting pushed off due to the hot/warm coffee. Had to consistently open the flow valve to release the pressure. Did not keep coffee hot. Coffee went cold after 30 minutes.

I brought the 18oz double pack tumblers from wal-greens for a Christmas gift (2024). Used it the next day coffee stayed hot for a hour and a half. Very disappointed . Would like a replacement or refund.

I bought this in the 12 ounce couple years ago and my son and I love ours. I can't find that one so I have to buy the bigger one. I bought several similar and different brands. None of them compare. This is the best!! I just wish I could find the smaller size

I bought this a little under a month ago. It works great and I loved it. Until the little flipper that you open to drink from it just broke today. Specifically, one of the two little connections that hold it in place in the middle and let it flip back and forth. I don't expect it to last forever, but less than a month?!
