Too squeaky
Why is it that it's sooo squeaky??? Everytime I drink from it it makes this crazy sound and it's driving me bonkers. I think it's so pretty, a great size, the handle is wonderful, it keeps ice for hoursssss....but it's just too darn noisy!!!

Cant clean properly
Don’t buy this water bottle, over time the straw area get full of mold. I have only used water in it and I rinse it out every night and I noticed that the water started to taste funny so I looked through the straw area and noticed it was a little dark.

When cleaning your seal, we suggest completely air-drying the silicone gasket by leaving it out on a paper towel before placing the seal back in your bottle. This helps seal and dry any moisture in the silicone gasket which will prevent mold from building up.

I love the color and style but after I hand washed it once, it looks like the color is chipping off but it’s like wearing away under a clear coat it looks like. I’m so bummed, I just got this cup to replace a bunch of old chipped ones I had and it already looks old and used. I wish it wouldn’t do this cause it’s such a cute cup!
