Rude Target Marketplace Customer service
Service didn't work with S22 Ultra. The basic functionality of a phone to get or receive call didn't work. Total junk. In order to prove that I had to order another phone. Target market place customer agent are so rude. They didn't try anything on their end to override 1 week past return window knowing the phone is defective.

This company, CellFeee, sells phones that DO NOT WORK. They sold me $550 refurbished unlocked Samsung that does not connect to the network and does not hold a signal. They also refused to take the phone back. They obviously do not test or fix these before selling them. AVOID CELLFEEE REFURBISHED PHONES UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW MONEY AWAY!

Great Feature the pen.
I need an S pen. I was, and still am, a huge fan on the Galaxy Note, but I had to settle for the S phone now that the Note is gone. Don't get me wrong, the S phone is fantastic, but I miss the optional microSD slot (why take it away. I used it for work) and all Notes had a RAM of 12 GB (now 12 GB us an upgrade). All in all there's isn't too many differences. As long as they keep the pen, I'm a happy customer. Hopefully, the microSD will, one day, make a return. Oh the camera... both great for phone cameras. I have a 35 mm for anything a phone camera can't do. Which, isn't much. Battery, both phones charge VERY QUICKLY & last me all throughout my work day & some (I use my phone a lot at work & at home).

No i wouldn't think twice about switching. I love the customizability that samsung offers. My only complaint is when receiving and sending some videos they're tiny and pixelated.

I got the s20 ultra and then the s21 ultra and now I currently own the s22 ultra. I'm hyped and excited to see the s23 ultra when it releases. I love how Samsung has improved.
