I feel like they have kept fresh and are something that’s almost like a gummy candy. Unfortunately i didn’t notice a huge difference in my sleep. I felt like I could sleep soundly and didn’t have any adverse affects but I didn’t notice a huge shift in how quickly I fell asleep/stayed asleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Influenster sent me these RELAXIUM SleepQuick Gummies to try in exchange for my honest opinion. I had never tried this brand before, but I have tried a lot of different melatonin supplements. These may be the best all around melatonin supplements that I have ever encountered. They have 5 mg MELATONIN plus PROBIOTICS and PREBIOTICS. Do not try this product if you do not like lemon. These have an intense lemon flavor that is wonderful to me. It takes like delicious lemonade. They are easy to chew and swallow. When I take these at night, I find that they start working within about 15 minutes. I drift off into a peaceful sleep, and I do not wake up through the night like I used to. When I take these, I do not have any hangover feeling like with some sleep aids. I will definitely be buying more of these.

Take one or two of these 10-15 minutes before you want to go to sleep and I promise you you will get sleepy soon after. The gummies are also really tasty and soft. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you’re looking for a gummy supplement that tastes great like lemon drops and helps with sleep this could be something worth trying. I find it helps me relax a little bit before bedtime. I don’t sleep well, so I need a stronger amount of melatonin. Great packaging, I like this better than slim necked bottles and these aren’t pills so you don’t have to worry about them spilling out unexpectedly. Have enjoyed using these but definitely need a higher dose of melatonin option without having to take multiple, love the extra benefits it has as well for gut health! Give these a try, they might be the very thing you needed for your multi-benefit supplement intake.

I sleep all night without waking up multiple times. They do what they claim for me. The taste of the gummies is horrible. It’s like eating a capsule full of lemon cleaner. They are these cute little lemon slices and the taste isn’t bad at all. It’s very similar to eating a regular gummy . I enjoy the texture as well, they aren’t too chewy , you could squish them and they would stay squished . The bottle comes with a nice amount so I feel like it’s a good deal . I take 2 of these about 40 mins before bedtime and I am just about falling asleep uncontrollably ( I’m already in bed ) I love it when you are so tired that you can’t keep your eyes open . I love that these are natural . I feel safe taking them and they definitely help me sleep well with no drowsiness in the morning
