These gummy’s did the trick not to mention I woke up feeling refreshed and energized for the next day. The lemon gives this gummy a nice taste and doesn’t leave a bitter after taste. I recommend trying these sleep Gummies.
Didn’t help bouts of insomnia.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a 46 year old woman, who has hit the perimenopausal stage of my life, good sleep is hard to come by now. I had high hopes for these little gummies. Falling asleep is not really my issue. I am always tired so once I can get my brain to slow down, I can easily fall asleep. It’s staying asleep that has become more difficult. I was hoping this would maybe help that 3am daily wake up my body forces upon me. It did not. It didn’t help with that and I also felt particularly groggy and sluggish waking up. Maybe these will help someone that needs them strictly to fall asleep but if you are dealing with bouts of insomnia, these may not work for you. They do have a good lemon taste to them so they are easy to take.

They’re easy to take out. They’re not stuck together the lid and the opening is big enough so that it’s easy to take the lid off and it’s easy to get the Gummies out without having to struggle. The Flavor is not the best in my opinion it’s very tart but then it’s not so sweet and it leaves your mouth bitter, but it does help the melatonin and definitely kicks in, and I like the fact that it has prebiotic of probiotics which is a bonus. The packaging is decent. It definitely holds it without coming apart or being a mess and it holds very well. I think it’s worth the money because mainly the melatonin is really good and it even gives you the option to take two and the highest you can possibly take that reasonable 10 mg so that’s what you would be taking and it definitely works well for me. I sleep really good and sleep through the night. good texture was soft and chewy didn’t stick to my gums easy to bite.

I saw no results at all. 😞 I love the lemon taste, but they did absolutely nothing. I went through the whole jar of 60 and never noticed the slightest change.
